Feature releases | July 2022

Quarter 3 has been busy! This past month in particular has been full of exciting, new improvements. Let’s take a moment to review.

One-off Emails

Tracking communication just got easier! One of our newest features is the addition of a one-off emailing system that allows MS4s to send out single emails to site contacts. The system also tracks each email sent, which creates an easily accessible communication history for sites and their contacts. If an email is in reference to a specific inspection that was performed, inspectors can affiliate the email to that inspection, further organizing communication for each site.

Drag and Drop Multi-File Uploaders

Up until recently, supporting documents and photos could be uploaded one at a time to inspections, site documents, and in other areas of the application. With the recent addition of drag and drop multi-file uploaders throughout, inspectors can now upload multiple files at once, saving time and increasing inspection efficiency.

Custom Site Filters

We know that each municipality operates differently. With that in mind, our goal has always been to create a highly customizable system that can easily adapt to each MS4s program. This is why NPDESPro added the ability to create custom data fields to add to site detail pages. We’ve since improved this feature by adding the option to filter/search by these custom fields! With this new custom site filters feature in place, the options for filtering and exporting site data are endless.
