Migration

Data migration is next. While this phase may be the most daunting, our team will guide you through the process from start to finish to ensure that data is uploaded efficiently.

Once the data has been configured, our team will complete the import and ensure quality.

  1. Quality Assurance

Following migration, our team will review the import and identify possible areas of improvement.

  1. Testing & Training

Testing and training are next. We will issue logins to users for account testing. Users will then receive one-on-one training, and have access to NPDESPro’s online Help Desk complete with tutorials and articles.

Launch

Begin using NPDESPro to meet internal and oversight agency goals. We’ll continue to provide ongoing support for your team and access to our Help Desk. Join us quarterly at our NPDESPro User Group to collaborate with other users and discuss permit requirements.
