  • The NPDESPro Help Desk (complete with tutorial videos!) is accessible at any time from within the application

Quarterly Users Group Meetings

Not only can you reach out to us at any time with feedback and/or suggestions, but NPDESPro holds quarterly meetings for users to get together and talk about what works. Some of the subjects we discussed at our last meeting were IDDE reporting requirements, upcoming module releases, and new application features.

Our meeting agenda typically includes:

  • A look at NPDES permit requirements and application use

  • Module highlights

  • Q&A sessions
